How we count. Read from your EmailBison workspace on 19 Oct 2026, covering every campaign sent so far. The first send was 28 Sep.
Emails sent is every email that left our mailboxes, including the ones that later bounced. It matches the campaign counters in EmailBison.
Delivered is emails sent minus bounces (902 so far). The reply rate uses delivered as the denominator, shown under the rate.
Total reply rate is every reply in the inbox divided by delivered. As in the agreement, out of office and other automatic replies are included. Bounce notices are not replies. The 2% is a target, not a guarantee, and the 200,000 emails are single step, one per contact.
Interested replies are the ones EmailBison flags as interested, counted per person in the quotes above.
